Just wanted to put a quick note out to say I’ve opened a starter position in a new company: WonderFi Technologies https://wonder.fi
Recently I heard about WonderFi and started looking into them. It culminated in a video call with their CEO, Ben Samaroo yesterday. I like the vision and think they have the means to execute. WonderFi is in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space, not only in investing digital assets from their treasury, but they are also about to deploy a consumer app to make the DeFi world as easy to access and navigate as say, PayPal. You know how much I like Galaxy Digital, and WonderFi may be in the early innings of becoming the Galaxy of DeFi (in fact, Samaroo sold his previous company to Galaxy). WonderFi trades on the NEO exchange in Canada as WNDR and on the OTC/PINKs in the US as WONDF.
After an initial pop on their public debut via RTO on August 31, the price action has come off coincident the wider market malaise (which I believe transient, at least for cryptos) and now presents a decent entry point.
Action: Take an introductory position (1% to 2.5%) in WonderFi Technologies at current market ($1.34 CAD, $1.06 USD). There will either be a longer note forthcoming, unless I tuck it into the month-end edition of the newsletter, due out next week.
