Ether Capital continues to function like a closed-end Ethereum fund that trades at a significant discount to NAV (Net Asset Value) - with the proviso that now they’re more of a fund of staked ETH, having 36,000 of their 46K Ethereum staked.

CEO Brian Mosoff is a well-respected figure in the space who is focused on delivering a strong total value return to long-term shareholders, and ETHC is still a Ben Graham-style net/net, who agreed a share buyback when prices were low, using their own money instead of debt. As and when a “Staked ETH ETF” is approved, we expect Ether Capital to feature on the list.
