It’s trading down to 33% at the moment – and while Trump didn’t issue an EO for the BSR on Day 1, he did issue a pardon for Ross Ulbrecht – not judging whether that was good or bad, just that it marks a campaign pledge he made in Nashville that he did follow through on.

David Bailey and the BM crowd insisting this is happening within the first 200 EOs.
